Branch Offices. All start-up costs, operating profits, and operating losses incurred by Buyer in the initial six (6) months on the start-up, opening, or operation of a branch office or location opened after the date hereof shall be excluded from calculations of Operating Profits for purposes of this Agreement.
Branch Offices. If the Board deems necessary, the Company may establish branch organizations within the PRC to promote the sale of its products, and to provide information and post-sales services to customers of the Company with respect to its products.

Section 207.01 Upon the opening of any Branch Office, staffing needs will be filled by posting a notice on appropriate bulletin boards in the affected department notifying the employees of the opening of the Branch Office and asking for volunteers to be relocated to such office.
