Bonus Hours. A. All employees are eligible to receive two (2) bonus hours for continuous attendance at work every three (3) months (October through December, January through March, April through June, and July through September) when the employee has not used sick leave and has not been absent from work other than approved paid leave during the previous three (3)-month period.

Bonus Hours. Bonus hours will be credited annually to the employee’s annual leave account for each five (5) years of continuous service (see Article 7.1c) according to the schedules contained herein. Bonus Hours. Should a part time employee be absent less than hours in a calendar year, then the employee will be credited with the difference between fifteen hours and the number of hours actually used, and the value of these credits shall be paid out to the employee at the end of each calendar year at the rate of pay of that calendar year.
