Service outside business hours. If, in the absence of this sub-clause, the previous sub- clauses would deem a notice to have been received on a day other than a business day or at a time after 4:00pm on a business day, that notice will be deemed to have been received by the addressee at 10:00am on the next business day after transmission.

  • Business Hours The term “Business Hours” shall mean the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday (federal and state holidays excepted).
