The Union will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to consider such actions and if deemed necessary, of speaking to them prior to a final decision by the Board. The Union will be supplied with a copy of current Board policies and will continue to receive copies of regular Board meeting minutes.

  • Oversight Committee The Company and Union shall each appoint two members to be part of an Oversight Committee. An internal bidder who is unsuccessful at the Three-Day Climbing Course will be bypassed for that specific job award.
