Blues. Role Description The purpose of the role of group organiser is to coordinate a group of volunteers in the festival - taking responsibility for their role within the event, building and coordinating the concept and story of the group, supporting and overseeing the volunteers in the group, and ensuring the group contribute to the festival and the society. Group Organiser Volunteer Commitments ● I will fulfill my role as outlines in the Group Organiser volunteer role description. ● I will adhere to and exemplify the Code of Conduct and follow all of BFS’s policies and procedures. ● I am responsible for my own actions whilst volunteering for the Society. I am accountable to my group and to the society as a whole; I will always act transparently and fairly, and with respect. ● I acknowledge that as a senior participant, others may turn to me for support and guidance. I will ensure that my practices and behaviour whilst volunteering for the Society reflect this acknowledgement. ● I acknowledge that as a group organiser, I will be in a position of authority over my group members. I will take this responsibility seriously, treat my group members with compassion and respect, and avoid any abuses of this position. ● I will work collaboratively with my fellow GOs, the Blues, the BFS board, Event Coordinator, to help us organise a beautiful and safe festival. ● I will ensure that I manage my time well, meet the deadlines as set out by the Event Coordinator and Board, and coordinate with Blues, Event Coordinator, and other GOs well and communicate where I cannot fulfill prior agreed obligations in reasonable time. ● I will meet the deadlines as set out by the Event Coordinator in the event calendar (included in the GO Pack) ● I will ensure that the rehearsals risk assessment (included in the GO Pack) is applied during all group practices. ● I understand that my behaviour on site and around town in the run up to, and directly following the festival will directly affect the Society’s reputation. ● I understand that, due to my role, I may be party to confidential information regarding a wide range of issues and that I am required to respect that and keep things confidential. If I am unsure, I will consult with a board member. ● I understand that if I bring children to any group practice or BFS activity, I am responsible for their care and wellbeing, that they may not be left unsupervised or unattended, that I give permission for photos of them to be taken and shared for B...

This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.
