The Manager of Human Resources or in the case of an Employer grievance, the Union Representative, shall give a written decision to the other party within ten (10) calendar days from the date the discussion took place. Should the Union or the Employer wish to proceed to the next step, written notice shall be sent to the other party and received within ten (10) calendar days from the date the written decision was received. A grievance not resolved at Step 1, may be referred to Step 2. Step 2 Between the Union Representative and the Director of Human Resources.
