Regulatory Bodies - Discharge. It is understood that without limiting the Employer’s rights to discharge employees that the fact that the Employer is called upon to discharge an employee by reason of or arising from the supervision of The Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency and/or the British Columbia Gaming and Enforcement Branch, shall be deemed to be just and reasonable cause for dismissal of the employee, provided that nothing herein shall prevent the employee going through the grievance procedure.
