Bees. Brandywine, at its sole cost an expense shall locate and maintain an apiary, including an observation beehive and shall collect and offer honey sourced from the Site.
Bees. Tenants who wish to keep bees must prepare a case to present to the Council covering all the requirements and issues relating to the keeping of bees on their allotment plot for consideration and approval by the Council. • Tenants must comply and sign the Beekeeping Agreement, see Appendix 2 and have prior consent before keeping any bees on an allotment site. • It is the responsibility of the Tenant to research the keeping of bees and they should in the first instance refer to the British Beekeepers Association Becoming a Beekeeper | British Beekeepers Association (▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) • Tenants who are granted permission to keep bees on their plot must ensure that they comply with bee husbandry conditions laid down by the Council, other government agencies and do not neglect or mistreat their bees.
Bees. Bees MAY NOT be kept on an allotment plot. • However with consent from the Council and subject to a supplementary agreement being signed, bees may be kept on the designated area of the allotments at the Mithian site. • The terms and conditions set out in the supplementary agreement must be met and adhered to and are not negotiable.
Bees. 9.1 The keeping of bees and installation of beehives requires the written consent of the Council. 9.2 In making an application to keep bees and install beehives, the Tenant must have written agreement from all plot holders whose plots immediately adjoin the boundary of the applicant’s plot. 9.3 The Tenant shall be a member of the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) prior to the installation of any hive. The BBKA is an independent organisation that provides training and support along with Public Liability insurance. 9.4 Membership of the BBKA must remain in place throughout the period that bees are kept on an allotment plot. 9.5 A site inspection will be undertaken by the Allotment Officer, accompanied by an experienced member of the BBKA or Worcester Beekeepers Association (WBKA), to determine the suitability of the plot for housing a beehive. 9.6 The Tenant is responsible for arranging for a member of the BBKA or Worcester Beekeepers Association to be present at the site inspection.
Bees. 11.1 Bee keeping is permitted subject to a licensing agreement between the Council and the Tenant. 11.2 Bees may only be kept on the following Council allotment sites: ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 11.3 The placement of bees on site without written permission from the Council is forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of the tenancy. A bee agreement is required of which full details can be requested from the Council or downloaded from ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇. An additional deposit may be required. 11.4 Beehives are subject to requests in writing 11.5 No animals or livestock (other than bees and hens) may be kept overnight on Allotment land or close to residential properties.
Bees. Beekeeping will only be permitted (see clause 9c) at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Ranmore, Bentsbrook, Coldharbour and Little Bookham Allotment Gardens and is subject to individual permission and various conditions. The conditions are detailed on a separate guidance note which is available upon request, however as bare minimum the tenant must: The Council:  Will not permit apiary sites adjacent public footpaths, roads and residential properties.  Will limit the number of hives on an Allotment site.
Bees. The Tenant is permitted to keep Bees on the Allotment provided they are kept in accordance with the conditions specified by the Council in Appendix 2 attached hereto.
Bees. 29.1 Bees may be kept on an allotment plot providing prior consent has been obtained from the Council. A suitable risk assessment would be required taking into account the location of the allotment plot. 29.2 A Tenant keeping bees will be responsible for insurance for Third Party Liability. 29.3 Relevant warning signs must be placed at the site entrance to state that honey bees are kept on site.

  • Wellness i. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey. ii. The Coalition of Unions agrees to partner with the Employer to educate their members on the wellness program and encourage participation.   • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias.
