Authorized Products. If Member is producing packaged products must have approval from the appropriate regulating authority for their process prior to operating in the Facility or otherwise be in full compliance with local regulations regarding production of packaged goods. Member must provide a copy of such written approval to Facility for its records.

Authorized Products. User must submit notification in advance, and be specifically authorized by BRFV prior to producing each food or natural product. This does not apply to caterers. If the product is an acidified food which requires a Scheduled Process, a copy of the Certificate of Attendance at an approved Better Process Control School must be on file at BRFV, along with all letters of scheduled process, 2541(a)’s filed with the FDA; and Process Production Sheets for every production. Other products, such as fermented, dried, or unpasteurized products may also require a Scheduled Process from an approved authority (usually a University-based Food Scientist).

Authorized Products. (a) The Products which Dealer is authorized to purchase from Case IH for retail sale, lease or rental are those Product Lines listed on Schedule B that Case IH has authorized to be identified with the Licensed Trademarks listed on Schedule B. Dealer only may sell Products to other authorized dealers or commercial end users, except as stated herein. A commercial end user is a customer who uses Equipment for hire to third parties. Dealer may not sell to grower end users, unless such grower end user is located in a market area where there is no other Case IH dealer assigned to sell Products. A grower end user is an end user of Equipment who will use the Equipment on its own behalf and not for hire to third parties.
Authorized Products. The presentation of a uniform image to the public and the offering of uniform product lines is an essential element of a successful franchise system. FRANCHISEE therefore agrees that the STORE will offer brands and types of PRODUCTS and services from time to time specified by FRANCHISOR. FRANCHISEE further agrees that the STORE will not, without prior written approval by FRANCHISOR, offer any other products or services nor shall the STORE or the premises which it occupies be used for any purpose other than the operation of a GJC STORE in compliance with this Agreement and FRANCHISEE’s lease or sublease for the premises.

Authorized Products. The Company shall notify the Remanufacturer in writing from time to time of the Ford Authorized Remanufactured Products the Remanufacturer is authorized to remanufacture. The Remanufacturer shall not remanufacture and sell as a Ford Authorized Remanufactured Product any product the Company has not authorized it to remanufacture.
