Removal of Items. Documents in an individual’s official personnel file may be removed only in accordance with the Ohio Public Records Act. The Administration agrees that material inserted in a faculty member’s personnel file that is removed as the result of a formal grievance disposition will be returned to the faculty member for their disposal. The Chief Human Resources Officer is the custodian of a faculty member’s official Personnel File. Inquiries regarding documents that are contained in a faculty member’s official personnel file shall be directed to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Removal of Items. Facility shall have the right to remove any items of personal property stored at the facilities by Member, including any items stored in any private or semi-private storage areas or units, if doing so, in Facility sole discretion is necessary for purposes of maintaining the health and safety of personnel present at the Facilities. Member hereby authorizes Facility to take such actions as might be necessary, in its sole discretion, to correct any unsatisfactory conditions discovered by such inspections and to remove and dispose of, at Member’s sole cost and expense, any items of Member posing a risk to the health and safety of the users of, or visitors to, the facilities. Member hereby waives any right to seek reimbursement for the value of any items of Member so removed and/or disposed of by Facility. Failure by Member to comply with the provisions of this paragraph, shall be a default under the provision of Paragraph VI(B) of this Agreement and will be subject to penalties.
Removal of Items. The occupant cannot, under any circumstances, remove any property belonging to the City, including fixtures attached to and made part of the hangar, from the hangar.
Removal of Items. When the Penalty Notice concerns a product, the Director may order that the product be removed.

The College may dispose of the property without compensation to the student and charge the student for labor involved in removing trash or property. The College may sell or otherwise dispose of such property in any manner without liability.
Removal of Items. 41.1.7.1 Any record of disciplinary action taken under Article 59 which presently is held in the Official Performance File shall be moved to the Personnel File within six months of the signing of this Agreement.
Removal of Items. No person is allowed to enter a vacant site to remove any item, including but not limited to firewood, rocks, trees, shrubs, picnic tables, fireplaces or to use the electrical outlets on such site.
