  • Association Fees Buyer is aware that 2020 annual fees have been established for the Subdivision according to the Restrictions and that Buyer will be responsible for the annual association fee of $800 (which will be prorated for the year of closing). Buyer is also aware that they will deposit $500 with the Association at the closing in addition to the Lot purchase price as an Initial Fee.

  • Association Assessments Current regular Association assessments and dues (Association Assessments) paid in 578 advance will be credited to Seller at Closing. Cash reserves held out of the regular Association Assessments for deferred 579 maintenance by the Association will not be credited to Seller except as may be otherwise provided by the Governing Documents. 580 Buyer acknowledges that Buyer may be obligated to pay the Association, at Closing, an amount for reserves or working capital. 581 Any special assessment assessed prior to Closing Date (§ 3) by the Association will be the obligation of Buyer Seller. 582 Except however, any special assessment by the Association for improvements that have been installed as of the date of Buyer’s 583 signature hereon, whether assessed prior to or after Closing, will be the obligation of Seller. Seller represents that the Association 584 Assessments are currently payable at approximately $ per and that there are no unpaid regular 585 or special assessments against the Property except the current regular assessments and .   • Association Dues 5.01 In every pay period, the Board shall deduct from every pay of each Occasional Teacher the appropriate amount of dues as authorized by the Constitution of the Association and directed by its Executive.

  • Construction Cost 3.1. The Board will provide the Association President or their designee with forty (40) days of paid released time during the course of the school year in order to conduct Association Business. The Association shall reimburse the Board for the cost of any substitute required as the result of any such released time which exceeds forty (40) days during the course of the school year.

  • Association Establishment and all other expenses of the Association and also similar expenses of the Maintenance In-charge looking after the common purposes, until handing over the same to the Association.

  • Association Days The Association shall be provided a total of twenty-two (22) days during the school year of released time to conduct Association business with a maximum of seven (7) used on any given day. Requests for Association days shall be made in writing and, when at all possible, at least three (3) days prior to such leave and shall be submitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Association shall assume any expense incurred by the hiring of a substitute teacher.

  • Association Leave A total of 10 days of leave with pay during the current school year shall be granted the Association for use by the Association. A maximum of four additional days may be used for Association leave and the substitute’s salary will be reimbursed to the Board by the Association. The President of the Association will notify the Superintendent as to the educators and dates involved at least five (5) days before such leave is desired.

  • Association Grievance A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Representative article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within 35 calendar days from the date of occurrence. Such grievance shall describe the problem and the contract provisions alleged to have been violated.
