Electrical Installations. The Lessee hereby undertakes in no manner whatsoever to interfere with the present electrical installations on the Premises without the consent of the Lessor first had and obtained and shall affix or connect no electric lamps, motor or heaters other than those designed for use for the electric current supplied to the Premises. The Lessee shall be liable for all damages done to such electrical installations by "short circuits" and related damages.

No electrical wiring or other electrical apparatus shall be installed, maintained or operated on the Premises except with the prior approval of, and in a manner satisfactory to, Landlord. In no event shall Tenant overload any electrical circuit from which Tenant obtains current.
