Association assessments definition

Association assessments means annual assessments imposed by the Association pursuant to Article VII of this Declaration to fund the Association Expenses and, if for any reason the NeoCity District is dissolved or otherwise fails to impose sufficient District Assessments to fund the District O&M Services, the District O&M Expenses.
Association assessments means assessments by the ABC Property Owner's Association, Inc. or any other owners association that the land on which the Building is situated may at a future date be required to be subject to.
