The LEGAL CHARGES clause defines the responsibility for paying legal fees and related costs that may arise in connection with the agreement. LEGAL CHARGES. Advocate and client costs incurred by the Bank in obtaining legal advice in connection with the Customer’s accounts and dealings with the Bank or incurred by the Bank in any legal, arbitration or other proceedings arising out of any dealings in respect of the Customer.
