Certifications are Conditions Precedent. Issuance of a Certificate of Substantial Completion is a condition precedent to CMR’s right to issue notice that the Work will be ready for Final Inspection. Issuance of a Certificate of Final Completion is a condition precedent to CMR’s right to receive Final Payment. Site Conditions. Prior to Substantial Completion of the Work, CMR shall clean the Site and the Work and make it ready for utilization by TFC. At Substantial Completion of the Work, CMR shall store and secure all tools, appliances, construction equipment and machinery, and surplus materials necessary to allow for beneficial occupancy by the Using Agency, and shall restore all property not designated for alteration by the Contract Documents to original condition. All materials and equipment shall be stored, applied, installed, connected, erected, protected, used, cleaned, and conditioned in accordance with instructions of the applicable supplier, except as otherwise may be provided in this Agreement.

  • Record Documents Contractor shall maintain in a safe place at the Site one record copy in hard form or electronically, as preferred by the Owner, of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Written Amendments, Change Orders, Work Change Directives; Field Orders, and written interpretations and clarifications in good order and annotated to show changes made during construction.   • Audit and Inspection of Plants, Places of Business and Records (a) The State and its agents, including, but not limited to, the Connecticut Auditors of Public Accounts, Attorney General and State’s Attorney and their respective agents, may, at reasonable hours, inspect and examine all of the parts of the Contractor’s and Contractor Parties’ plants and places of business which, in any way, are related to, or involved in, the performance of this Contract.

  • Contractor’s Records The Contractor shall keep true and accurate accounts, records, books and data which shall correctly reflect the business transacted by the Contractor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. These records shall be stored in Orange County for a period of three (3) years after final payment is received from the County. Storage of records in another county will require written approval from the County of Orange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent.

  • Access to records, books, and documents In addition to any right of access arising by operation of law, Grantee and any of Grantee’s affiliate or subsidiary organizations, or Subcontractors shall permit the System Agency or any of its duly authorized representatives, as well as duly authorized federal, state or local authorities, unrestricted access to and the right to examine any site where business is conducted or services are performed, and all records, which includes but is not limited to financial, client and patient records, books, papers or documents related to this Contract. If the Contract includes federal funds, federal agencies that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the federal agency providing the funds, the Comptroller General of the United States, the General Accounting Office, the Office of the Inspector General, and any of their authorized representatives. In addition, agencies of the State of Texas that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the System Agency, HHSC, HHSC's contracted examiners, the State Auditor’s Office, the Office of the Texas Attorney General, and any successor agencies. Each of these entities may be a duly authorized authority. If deemed necessary by the System Agency or any duly authorized authority, for the purpose of investigation or hearing, Grantee shall produce original documents related to this Contract. The System Agency and any duly authorized authority shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment, and all documentation that substantiates the xxxxxxxx. Grantee shall include this provision concerning the right of access to, and examination of, sites and information related to this Contract in any Subcontract it awards.

  • Historical Documents Prior to the Disaffiliation Date, the Local Church will work with the Archives for the Annual Conference to turn over originals or acceptable copies (whether hard copy or electronic) of church archives, membership rolls, and other historical documents related to funerals, baptisms, weddings, minutes, etc., of the Local Church for archiving with the Annual Conference.

  • Contractor’s Documents Any licensing and maintenance agreement, or any order-specific agreement or document, including any pre-installation, linked or “click through” agreement that is allowed by, referenced within or incorporated within the Contract whenever the Contract is used for a State procurement, whether directly by the Contractor or through a Contractor’s agent, subcontractor or reseller, is agreed to only to the extent the terms within any such agreement or document do not conflict with the Contract or applicable Minnesota or Federal law, and only to the extent that the terms do not modify, diminish or derogate the terms of the Contract or create an additional financial obligation to the State. Any such agreement or document must not be construed to deprive the State of its sovereign immunity, or of any legal requirements, prohibitions, protections, exclusions or limitations of liability applicable to this Contract or afforded to the State by Minnesota law. A State employee’s decision to choose “accept” or an equivalent option associated with a “click- through” agreement does not constitute the State’s concurrence or acceptance of terms, if such terms are in conflict with this section.
