Historical Documents definition

Historical Documents means any and all materials in any and all forms (written, electronic, or otherwise) created or existing prior to Final Settlement Date that describe or depict the Eligible Products, whether or not such documents are in the possession, custody or control of Utz.

  • Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.
