The Agent shall, upon receipt of an Issue Notice, provide a copy of the Issue Notice to the Documentary Credit Lender and to each other Lender.
The Issue Notice shall specify the number and type of Relevant Securities to be offered by the Company and the material terms of the proposed offer (including the proposed completion date of such issue and the proposed price per Relevant Security to be paid by the proposed third party purchaser(s)).
Upon receipt of any Security Issue Notice, PCI SSC may, in its sole discretion and without any further action: (1) Revoke the Listed Product(s) identified therein and (2) take any or all other action(s) permitted under this Agreement or the Program Documents in connection with a Security Issue.
