Annual Sick Time. Beginning with the first full month of service, a full-time employee shall be allocated twelve (12) days of Annual Sick Time. Similarly, part-time employees regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) hours or more per week shall be credited annual sick time in accordance with the provisions of this Article but proportionately credited based on scheduled hours. Pay for sick time shall be that straight-time pay which the employee would have received had he worked his regular shift that day. Once per quarter credited Annual Sick Time will be adjusted based on actual compensated hours. Employees entitled to Annual Sick Time who have completed two (2) full years of service with the Employer shall be allocated fifteen (15) days of Annual Sick Time.
