Annual License Fees. Thereafter, the Licensee shall pay annual license fees as specified on the ICCBBA Web Site, (“Annual License Fees”) for licensee rights in each successive calendar year. ICCBBA shall invoice the Licensee for payment of the applicable Annual License Fee in the first quarter of each successive calendar year. The Licensee shall pay the Annual License Fee within thirty (30) days after receipt of each invoice. Failure to timely pay any Annual License Fees shall be a material breach. ICCBBA reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, if higher.
