Home Games. Mallards and League covenants that Mallards will play all its home games in Madison, Wisconsin, and that the Mallards shall not relocate or agree to relocate or permit the relocation of the Mallards outside the boundaries of Madison, Wisconsin, during the term of this Use Agreement. The City may waive this requirement for isolated exhibition games.
Home Games. Unless otherwise set forth herein, the Athletic Trainer will be available to attend home games and scrimmages of Serviced Sports.
Home Games. The parties understand and agree that it is the primary responsibility of Contractor to attend scheduled athletic events at the School’s premises or designated “home” field, court, or applicable venue throughout the school year as determined by the athletic director. In the event that there are two home athletic events subject to this Agreement scheduled at the same time, the School’s athletic director or other designee shall notify the Contractor whether personnel shall divide time between the scheduled athletic events subject to the Agreement or whether personnel shall only attend one of the scheduled events.
Home Games. Concessionaire shall provide Concession Services during all District hosted home games or meets of Fall Sports in the Fall Season and Spring Sports in the Spring Season which occur in the Field House, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Home Games. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, the Chargers shall play all of its Home Games (other than Pre-Season Games and other games agreed to by the parties hereto) at the Stadium Premises in accordance with NFL rules, and shall use its best efforts to play a minimum of ten (10) Home Games at the Stadium Premises during each year of the term hereof. All games shall be played by the Chargers under the name "San Diego Chargers" (which name it is agreed possesses commercial value as good will and has a particular value to the City) or under any other name as may be approved by the City in advance in writing. The Chargers shall use its best efforts to ensure the maximum occupancy of the Stadium Premises by the public.
Home Games i. One (1) officer will be provided by the City at no charge; if needed, additional officers will be provided, and the hourly rate will be paid to the City
Home Games. 4 The City through its arena operator shall be responsible for providing ‘out of bowl’ Home Game Expenses. UNL shall 5 be responsible for providing ‘in the bowl’ personnel as discussed in Exhibit C. The City and Athletics will meet annually
Home Games. 26 A. City Home Game Staffing. Consistent with the terms of (10) B below and the Lease/Operating 27 Agreement for the Basketball Space, the City will be responsible for providing, customary utilities, 28 janitorial, police, traffic control, fire prevention, directional signage and other similar services for events 29 at the Arena. Athletics will retain operational control of the Home Games for purposes of NCAA 30 compliance and otherwise. Home Game related services for concessions and otherwise will be provided 31 and staffed according to the Operating Agreement. The City and Athletics will meet annually to discuss 32 and evaluate the required staffing for Home Games.
Home Games. Licensee will use the Stadium for all of Team’s Home Games scheduled by MLB (subject to any changes by MLB to such schedules) to be played within the Team’s Operating Territory.
Home Games. Subject to Section 1(e) of the Agreement, TEAM agrees to conduct at least twenty-four (24) regular season Home Games per NBDL season during the Term of the Agreement; provided, however, if the number of regular season home games to be played by an NBDL team is reduced by the NBDL, TEAM shall be required to conduct such number of regular season Home Games per NBDL season during the Term of the Agreement. Said regular season Home Games shall be in addition to any post-season games held during an NBDL season. Subject to Section 1(e) of the Agreement, If TEAM fails or refuses to play any Home Game for any reason within TEAM’s control, in addition to any other rights or remedies SMG may have hereunder, SMG shall be entitled to receive the License Fee and any and all revenues which SMG would have been entitled to receive for such Home Game under the Agreement (to be calculated based on the average of such revenues for the previous ten (10) Home Games). In the event TEAM fails or refuses to comply with the preceding sentence for any reason within TEAM’s control on more than two (2) occasions during any NBDL season, SMG shall have the right to terminate the Agreement, without the payment of any sums due hereunder to TEAM. TEAM shall not be deemed to have wrongfully failed or refused to play a Home Game if the Facility or the Licensed Premises is not available therefore, unless the Facility or the Licensed Premises are unavailable therefore due to or by reason of any act, omission or neglect of TEAM.
