Fourth Anniversary definition

Fourth Anniversary means the four-year anniversary of the date of pricing of the IPO.

Fourth Anniversary is the date that is 365 days after the Third Anniversary

Fourth Anniversary means the Payment Date occurring in July, 2007.

More Definitions of Fourth Anniversary

Fourth Anniversary. Fifth Anniversary" and "Sixth Anniversary" means respectively the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth anniversary of the execution of this Agreement.
