The Shares shall be transferred pursuant to a Share Transfer Agreement among Licensee and Licensor in a form substantially the same as attached hereto as EXHIBIT B and shall be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of such Share Transfer Agreement.
Consideration for Grant of License. For the Term of this Agreement, payment shall be made from Licensee to Licensor in the amounts, at the time, and by the methods listed in this Section 4.
