Alcoholic Liquor. Lessee shall be allowed to serve or dispense alcoholic liquor upon the demised premises in a manner which is consistent with the ordinances of the City and laws of this State. SECTION TEN Dram Shop Insurance Lessee shall obtain a policy of dram shop insurance to insure against liability for any injuries or damages which may result from the intoxication of any person due to Lessee’s serving or dispensing alcoholic liquor upon the demised premises. Any policy of insurance so obtained shall name the City as an additional insured thereon. Lessee shall furnish adequate proof of insurance by filing a certificate of insurance with the City Clerk prior to the commencement of the term of this Lease. No provisions contained in this Section shall alter in any way Lessee’s obligation to indemnify the City as provided in Section Eight against all claims, injuries, or actions which may rise due to Lessee’s use of the demised premises, including any claims, injuries, or actions which arise due to the intoxication of any person due to Lessee’s serving or dispensing alcoholic liquor.   • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Liquor No alcohol is to be consumed or taken to any area of the College.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.

  • Public Transportation Taxi or airport limousine services may be considered when traveling in and around cities or to and from airports when less expensive means of transportation are unavailable or impractical. The actual fare plus a reasonable tip (15-18%) are reimbursable. In the case of a free hotel shuttle to the airport, tips are included in the per diem rates and will not be reimbursed separately.
