Section Eleven. Consistent with the provisions of Section Eight of this Article, non-emergency schedule changes for Liquor Control Agents (the job series) and the Casino Agents (job series) may not be made without the required fourteen (14) calendar day notice. Each notice of schedule adjustment, made after the notice period above would require a special $35 compensation payment to the individual(s) experiencing the schedule change.

Section Eleven. (a) The existing procedures for handling appeal of rejection from admission to examination and disputes over reclassification shall remain in force, except that the final step of the reclassification procedure shall be the same as the final step in the appeal of rejection from admission to examination, with the decision to be rendered within forty-five (45) days.
Section Eleven. The Union may request the use of State facilities outside of normal working hours for Union meetings. Permission will not be unreasonably denied. The Union will reimburse the State for any expenses incurred in the usage of such facilities and will assume the responsibility for the security and condition of the area.
Section Eleven. The State will provide the Union with a monthly report of the new hires and separations in the bargaining unit. The report shall contain the employee name, agency, job title and effective date of the action, as was shown in the sample report prepared by the Department of Administrative Services during the negotiations for this agreement.

Section Eleven. The State will provide notice to the Union of new members of the bargaining unit, by forwarding the Union a simultaneous copy of the position appointment letter which initiates entry into the bargaining unit (via any relevant transaction, including hire, promotion, transfer, demotion, accretion, etc.). The hiring Agency shall transmit said position appointment letter to a union-designated email address.

Section Eleven. It is understood that some members of the bargaining unit must work during weather extremes. Under such extremes, the employer shall take reasonable steps to protect the health and well-being of employees, e.g., by curtailing work, providing additional or extended rest periods.
Section Eleven. The parties agree that from time to time, on an as needed basis, NP-2 bargaining unit members may donate their accrued vacation, personal and/or sick leave to a fellow bargaining unit member who has at least six (6) months of State service and has achieved permanent status and has exhausted his/her own accrued paid time off, who is suffering from a long term or terminal illness or disability. Such donation may occur between different employing agencies. No employee may donate more than five (5) days of sick leave in a calendar year. Said benefit shall be subject to review and approval by the Commissioner of Administrative Services and shall be applied in accordance with uniform guidelines as may be developed by such Commissioner.
Section Eleven. An employee must be certified, licensed and meet the standards/requirements of any approving bodies (e.g., Nursing Board of Examiners) to transfer to, bump into or be recalled to a position that calls for a particular certification, license or other standard/requirement.
