Airport Facilities Inventory. The Consultant will document the following inventory items, as necessary, to meet FAA planning guidance and address the Master Plan Study action items. The Consultant will utilize local staff as much as possible to complete the inventory to reduce overall effort on this task. In addition, the Sponsor and Consultant will confirm an FAA airspace analysis has been completed for airport facilities completed since the 2009 Airport Master Plan.

Airport Facilities Inventory. The Consultant will utilize inventory data contained in the previous Airport Layout Plan Report in addition to other airport specific, regional, or state aviation system planning studies. Other data sources including the FAA Airport Record Form 5010, pavement management plan, construction drawings and other relevant documents, as provided by airport management. An on-site inspection of major components of the airport will also be performed. The examination will include a determination of the facility's use, type, size, condition, and adequacy, and extent it meets or exceeds FAA standards. The findings documented in the Inventory Chapter will be used to support analyses throughout the master plan. Airport Facilities Inventory. The Consultant team will document the Airport facility conditions and deficiencies according to conversations with the Airport and FAA as well as visual observations identified during the inventory site visit. This will include an on-site confirmation of airport facilities, including confirmation of runway safety area boundaries. The Consultant also will confirm FAA airspace analysis has been completed for any airport facilities completed since the prior Airport Master Plan. The Consultant team will also submit an informal information request to the Airport requesting supporting information in a variety of areas to facilitate efficient information gathering. The inventory chapter of the Plan will provide a brief history of the Airport, its aeronautical role in the national aviation system, and its role in the community’s infrastructure. The airport’s economic impact and contribution to the community will also be generally described. A 10-year history of all Federal FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and state grants will be provided along with an overview of the grant obligations associated with those grants. Utility information will be gathered from the Airport and other readily available sources. The Consultant team will not coordinate with utility providers. Utility information will be used in evaluating development alternatives and costs. The Consultant team will include any existing Modifications to Standards and nonstandard conditions on the airfield. Existing Modifications to Standards and nonstandard conditions will be supported by an FAA approval letter. The Consultant Team will not conduct analysis or provide justification for future Modifications to Standards as it is assumed all future airfield development will comply with FAA safety requirements and standards.   • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, cellular telephone, long-distance telephone, or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities. If the performance of the work specified in Exhibit A requires destructive testing or other work within the City’s public right-of-way, Consultant, or Consultant’s subconsultant, shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Rented Equipment Payment for required equipment rented from an outside company that is neither an affiliate of, nor a subsidiary of, the Design-Builder will be based on receipted invoices which shall not exceed rates given in the current edition of the Rental Rate Blue Book for Construction Equipment published by Data Quest. If actual rental rates exceed manual rates, written justification shall be furnished to the Contracting Officer for consideration. No additional allowance will be made for overhead and profit. The Design-Builder shall submit written certification to the Contracting Officer that any required rented equipment is neither owned by nor rented from the Design- Builder or an affiliate of or subsidiary of the Design-Builder.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Facilities and/or equipment utilized by BellSouth to provide service to Knology remain the property of BellSouth.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use.

  • Equipment and Facilities For On-Site Courses, you will supply the facility and equipment as set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. If Red Hat agrees to provide the training facilities and hardware, you will be liable for any loss or destruction of this equipment and hardware used in connection with the Training.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
