Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.
the staff means all the staff who have a contract of employment with the institution;
Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;

Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.
Project Executing Agency wherever it appears in the Loan Regulations shall be substituted by the term “Program Executing Agency”.
