Utility Providers definition

Utility Providers means any and all entities that TFC desires to provide Utilities to the Project.
Utility Providers means those regulated providers of specific utility services to the Project, i.e. natural gas, water, electricity and other power and energy suppliers.
Utility Providers means any and all entities that provide Utilities to the Project.

More Definitions of Utility Providers

Utility Providers means any and all entities that TFC desires to provide Utilities to the Project. Work means, in addition to those items set forth in UGC Section 1.49, the provision of all, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment that are required of the DB to design, manage, implement, and fully construct the Project in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and the Contract Documents. The Work includes, without limitation, the Preconstruction, Design, and Construction Services described in Articles 4 and 6 and all additional work required by any Change Orders, and any other work reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. The term “reasonably inferable” includes the understanding of the parties that some minor details of the Work may not be shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications, but they are included in the Work if they are usual and customary components of the Work for a project of the type depicted in the ContractDocuments and they are needed to produce a complete and useable facility.
Utility Providers means any and all entities that TFC desires to provide Utilities TFC Contract No. 00-000-00 Xxxxxxx Consultants, Inc. Project No. 00-000-0000 & 00-0000000 RFQ No. 000-0-00000 to the Project.

  • Utility pole means a pole that provides:

  • Data Providers means pricing vendors, analytics providers, brokers, dealers, investment managers, Authorized Persons, Subcustodians, Depositories and any other Person providing Market Data to the Custodian.

  • Liquidity Facility Provider means a Person that is a party to a Liquidity Facility with the Authority with respect to specified Bonds and whose credit rating by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements.

  • Utility Reservations means Seller’s interest in the right to receive immediately on and after Closing and continuously consume thereafter water service, sanitary and storm sewer service, electrical service, gas service and telephone service on and for the Land and Improvements in capacities that are adequate continuously to use and operate the Improvements for the purposes for which they were intended, including, but not limited to (i) any right to the present and future use of wastewater, drainage, water and other utility facilities to the extent such use benefits the Real Property, (ii) any reservations of or commitments covering any such use in the future, and (iii) any wastewater capacity reservations relating to the Real Property. Buyer shall be responsible for any requests or documents to transfer the Utility Reservations, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense.

  • Service Providers has the meaning set out in Section 9(e).

  • Policy Provider means MBIA Insurance Corporation, or any successor thereto.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Utility facility means any pipe, pipeline, duct, wire line, conduit, pole, tower, equipment or other structure used for one of the following:

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.
