Advertising Rates. The rates for advertising sold by Nexstar shall be set by Nexstar, provided, however, that Nexstar shall comply with all applicable statutes and regulations regarding access to airtime and rates charged for political advertising and shall indemnify Mission against any liability incurred by Mission as a result of Nexstar’s failure to comply with such statutes and regulations.

Advertising Rates. Rates contained in advertising orders that vary from the rates listed herein shall not be binding on Publisher and the advertisements ordered may be inserted and charged for at the actual schedule of rates, unless specified in writing and signed by advertising manager.
