Changes in Rates. From time to time, upon reasonable request by any Seller or Servicer, the Agent shall notify such Seller or Servicer, in response to such request, as to changes in the Base Rate, the Eurodollar Rate and LIBOR; provided that the failure of such notice to be requested or given shall not waive, preclude, delay or otherwise limit the effectiveness of any such change.
Changes in Rates. (a) Any increase or decrease in costs to Project Co due to changes in such included Taxes after the Submission Date shall increase or decrease the Guaranteed Price accordingly, except for changes announced before the Submission Date and to take effect at some time thereafter, which shall, except as expressly set forth in Section 30.1, be deemed to have been taken into account in the Guaranteed Price.
Changes in Rates. The Resident, Responsible Party, and any other person signing this Contract on behalf of the Private Pay Resident shall be given thirty (30) days advanced written notice of any changes in the rates for Basic Services and/or Supplemental Services during the term of the Contract. The Resident, Responsible Party or Resident’s Representative may assent to the rate change or choose to terminate this Contract within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the written notice.
Changes in Rates. No changes shall be made in the rates for compensation or costs without a written amendment to this Agreement.
Changes in Rates. In the event that Cloudeon or its Reseller chooses to change rates, it shall provide You with an email notification of such increase at least thirty (30) days in advance. You may choose to termi- nate the Service by contacting Cloudeon prior to such increase becoming effective.

Changes in Rates. In order to maintain an educational standard of excellence or any changed circumstances the school has the right to raise tuition and fees upon thirty days’ notice. ABSENCE, WITHDRAWAL, DISMISSAL AND REFUNDS: There are no refunds or reduction of tuition for the absence of children from school due to illness or any other reason. Thirty day written notice is required to withdraw a child from the school. Failing to give a 30 day written notice will result in full payment for 30 days from the date of written notice, whether or not the child attends the school during the 30 day period. A child may be dismissed by the school without prior notice, if in the sole opinion of the school, it is in the best interest of the child or the school to do so. If a child is dismissed from school, prepaid tuition shall be refunded from the date of dismissal.
