Admission to Hospital. 5.1 If you are absent from the Home for any reason (including a hospital stay) we will retain your room for you for up to six weeks and we will not re-allocate your room on a short- term or long-term basis, provided your fees for that room are paid throughout that period at a discounted rate of 88% (12% discount against the normal Fees). If you are likely to return to the Home (at all or for a long period of time) we will discuss whether you wish to continue to reserve the room or bring this contract to an end.

Admission to Hospital. All patients are admitted to the hospital for impatient, outpatient and emergency care without discrimination and no inquiries are made regarding race, color, or national origin prior to admission. The hospital ensures that staff physicians do not consider race, color, or national origin as a factor in selecting hospitals for their patients. Where there is significant variation between the racial composition of the patient census and available population census data for the service area or potential service area, the hospital has a responsibility to determine the reason for such variation and to take whatever action may be necessary to correct any discrimination.
Admission to Hospital. Each employee who is admitted to hospital must obtain a medical certificate stating: • The date of admission; • The nature of the incapacity for work; • The anticipated period of absence. Employees must obtain a certificate for each four week’s they are in hospital.

  • Notification to Union The Hospital will provide the union with a list, monthly of all hirings, lay-offs, recalls and terminations within the bargaining unit where such information is available or becomes readily available through the Hospital's payroll system."

  • Scope of Application to Parties The Participating Generator and CAISO acknowledge that all Generators, except those specified in Section 2.2.1 of this Agreement, wishing to submit Bids to the CAISO through a Scheduling Coordinator must sign this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.6 of the CAISO Tariff.

  • PERMITTING AND LICENSURE At Grantee's sole expense, Grantee shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Grant Agreement any state, county, city, or federal license, authorization, insurance, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Grantee to provide the goods or services required by this Grant Agreement. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its Subcontractors during performance of this Grant Agreement.
