Notification to Union. The Hospital will provide the union with a list, monthly of all hirings, lay-offs, recalls and terminations within the bargaining unit where such information is available or becomes readily available through the Hospital's payroll system."
Notification to Union. The Employer agrees to notify the Union, in writing, when an employee covered by this Agreement is hired, promoted, demoted, transferred, laid off, recalled, resigns, is suspended or is terminated. The Union shall be notified in writing of all applicants and the successful applicant to every vacancy or new position.
