Notification to Union. The Employer agrees to notify the Union, in writing, when an employee covered by this Agreement is hired, promoted, demoted, transferred, laid off, recalled, resigns, is suspended or is terminated. The Union shall be notified in writing of all applicants and the successful applicant to every vacancy or new position.
