Access to the Workplace for ETU Representatives. Directly related to furthering the objectives contained above at clause 7.1 is access to the workplace for ETU representatives to meet with the company and/ or the employees. Therefore, the company, its employees and the ETU have agreed upon the following guidelines for access to the workplace for ETU representatives. An Officer of the ETU authorised in writing by the State Secretary of the ETU may for the purposes of representing employees covered by this Agreement for any legitimate purpose:
Access to the Workplace for ETU Representatives. Accredited union officials will have access to work locations during working hours for the purposes of assisting employees covered by this agreement. Such access will be authorised for the purpose of consulting with union shop stewards, investigating grievances or complaints, observing working conditions, posting of bulletins, developing skills and flexibility programmes and implementation of agreed structures. Union officials will receive access authorisation from the designated management representative at the location involved. If requested by the accredited ETU representative, the Company will provide a copy of any requested time and wages records as soon as is practicable.

Related to Access to the Workplace for ETU Representatives

  • Access to the Workplace Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Personal Data, Confidentiality, Recording of Telephone Calls and Records 22.1. The Company may collect client information directly from the Client (in his completed Account Opening Application Form or otherwise) or from other persons including, for example, the credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies, banks, other financial institutions, third authentication service providers and the providers of public registers.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.

  • Access to the Work The Design Professional and its representatives shall have access to the Work at all times while it is in progress, and shall comply with all job site safety rules.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.

  • Access to Personnel Records (a) Upon receiving the permission of the Chief Constable or designate, an employee may review the contents of his or her personnel file provided that such review is in the presence of a person authorized for such a purpose by the Chief Constable.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
