Access to Company Facilities. During the Organizing Campaign the Company, upon written request, shall grant continuous access to well-traveled areas of its facilities to the Union for the purpose of distributing literature and meeting with unrepresented Company employees. Distribution of Union literature shall not compromise safety or production or unreasonably disrupt ingress or egress or the normal business of the facility. Distribution of Union literature and meetings with employees shall be limited to non-work areas during non-work time.

Access to Company Facilities. The company shall allow any employee who has been given notice, and subject to the approval of his supervisor, reasonable access to the Company's facilities to contact prospective employers and arranging interviews.
