Access to the Site definition

Access to the Site means the entitlement to the Contractor to enter the Site and does not mean the Temporary access mentioned in Section 107 of the Specifications,.
Access to the Site means access to the Hosting Service via User login to the Software. The following responsibilities and provisions are applicable only if MKGI has agreed in writing and under its standard terms and conditions of business or by written contract to provide the Customer with its Hosting Service.

Examples of Access to the Site in a sentence

  • Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.

  • Access to the Site is available where the Site adjoins a public road but it is not provided unless shown on the Drawings.

  • Access to the 'Site' at all times shall be accorded to the PURCHASER/ENGINEER and other authorized officials and statutory Public Authorities.

  • Access to the Site over the access road available to Lessor for that purpose.

  • Access to the Site, including the use of Owner’s rights of way and easements, shall be granted to Seller by ▇▇▇▇▇, only to the extent necessary and for the sole purpose of Seller performing its obligations under the Agreement.

  • DSU covers (1) Fixed Costs, (2) Debt Service, (3) Increased Cost of Working, plus extensions for (a) Accountants’ Costs, (b) Delay due to suppliers’ inability to provide goods or services, and (c) Prevention of Access to the Site, all only to the extent resulting from damage covered under the Builders’ All Risk insurance, above.

  • Access to the Site between the hours of 3:30 P.M. local time and 7:00 A.M. of the normal work week and all hours on weekends shall be subject to the consent of Buyer.

  • Access to the Site or use of the Site may not be legal by certain persons in certain countries.

  • Access to the Site and services may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.

  • Access of the materials available at the Site beyond that of normal patterns of use that suggests systematic copying of the materials constitutes abuse of the Site and will result in revocation or denial of Access to the Site.
