Access of Employees to Union Representatives. All employees covered under this MOU shall be allowed access to their respective authorized Union representative during work time for the purpose of conducting appropriate Union business, provided, however, that such business does not interfere with the operations of the University. For those employees requesting access to Union representatives during work time, prior approval from the employee’s immediate supervisor shall be required. Such supervisory approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The nature of such meetings with Union representatives shall be confidential.

Access of Employees to Union Representatives. All employees have the right to representation by the Union at any meeting concerning a grievance under this MOU, any disciplinary proceeding or when receiving documentation in advance of possible disciplinary action. An employee shall be given twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to such meeting to enable him/her time to obtain representation by the Union; provided, however, that it is understood that this MOU does not provide employees with the right to Union representation for attending meetings with their supervisor(s) for the purpose of receiving or discussing their performance evaluations.

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.   • 000 UNION REPRESENTATIVES 9.100 Representatives of the Unions shall have access to the job during working hours on Union business. They shall, as regulations of the plant permit, obtain specific authorization from the Company for each visit.

  • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”).   • Union Representatives Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.

  • Information about Contractor Employees 23.1. The Authority may by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require relating to those of the Contractor’s employees carrying out activities under or connected with the Framework Agreement.

Except for changes to the performance schedule (not including the project’s completion date), the designated project representatives shall have no authority to make promises or binding obligations on behalf of the Authority, as such authority rests with the duly authorized persons executing this Agreement.
