Consultant’s Representative means the person identified in writing by the Consultant as having the authority to represent the Consultant. Contract means Consulting Services Contract Close-out Costs mean those costs incurred by the Consultant following termination of the Contract to bring the project to a close and provide Project information to the Minister as compiled to the point of termination.
