Absence and Vacation. In case of planned absence the NP will notify the Program Director, and/or CLM and physician colleague.
Absence and Vacation. Paid time absent (e.g. vacation, personal/sick, funeral leave, court appearances or scheduled holidays, including floating holidays) is counted as time worked towards accumulating forty (40) hours in a workweek. Unpaid time absent does not count as time worked toward the accumulation of forty (40) hours.
Absence and Vacation. ‌ Absence because of illness or incapacity shall not interrupt an employee-owner's vacation credits, sick leave credits or health and welfare benefits as in this Agreement.

  • VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Pension, Health Benefit Plan, Education and Assistance Fund and Industry Fund.
