100% CD Phase. Design‐Builder to provide a TPP that identifies potential risks to historic resources and principal project components that may be potentially damaged by any major alteration to or adjacent to a historic resource. The TPP shall be prepared in coordination with the District and may include, but not be limited to, the following components: • Notation of the historic resource on construction documents. • Pre‐construction survey to document the existing physical condition of the historic resource. • Procedures and timing for the placement and removal of temporary protection features, around the historic resource. • Requirements for the monitoring of the installation and removal of temporary protection features by the Historic Architect, or designee. • Post‐construction survey to document the condition of the historic resource after Project completion. • Preparation of a technical memorandum documenting the pre‐ construction and post‐construction conditions of the historic resource and compliance with protective measures outlined TPP.

The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
