New Products and Services. New Products and Services may be added to the resulting Contract(s) during the term of the Contract by written amendment, to the extent that those Products and Services are within the scope of this RFP and include, but will not be limited to, new Product added to the manufacturer’s list offerings, and services which reflect new technology and improved functionality. All requests are subject to review and approval of the City of Charlotte.
New Products and Services. Unless Client has indicated otherwise and in accordance with applicable laws, AFEX may contact Client, by telephone, mail, or other means, with information about the products and services available which AFEX believes may be of interest to Client.
New Products and Services. (1) Prior to the Bank’s involvement in any new products or services the Board shall prepare a written analysis of said product or service. The analysis shall, at a minimum, assess the risks and benefits of the product or service to the Bank. Also, the new product or service must be consistent with the Bank’s strategic plan.

Licensee may develop or acquire products or services that are not in the Vacation Ownership Business but are substantially similar to products and services being offered at the time by other Persons who operate a business described in clause (i) of the definition of “Vacation Ownership Business” of quality similar to Licensee: (i) as Separate Operations or (ii) subject to Licensor’s prior written consent, as part of the Licensed Vacation Ownership Business.
New Products and Services. A. The grant of a license to use the Licensed Marks in connection with all New Products and Services is subject to the advance written approval of Licensor as to quality, purpose, and application, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld if such New Products and Services meet the Standards of Quality. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring approval by Licensor of Licensee’s Commercialization of products or services that do not utilize the Licensed Marks.

New Products and Services. NDPS and the Bank agree to work together in the development, distribution and marketing of emerging payment solutions.

At any time during the Term, a Party shall have the right to propose new products or services to be considered for inclusion in the Program, and to submit a proposal to the Program Management Committee for approval. If approved by the Program Management Committee, the Parties shall execute a new Product Addendum for the new products or services to be added as a Product, Service or a new product type to be included in this Agreement.
