Product Addendum. Viasat will provide the Service(s) to you that you have selected to purchase. Viasat will provide you with a quote and/or an email communication confirming the Services you have selected (collectively “Customer Quote"). Depending on the Services you have selected to purchase, the following Product Addendum(s) will apply to you (individually, a “Product Addendum,” collectively, the “Product Addendums”). Each Product Addendum governs your use of that aspect of the Service in addition to this Agreement and the applicable Product Addendums are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. The following Product Addendums apply to the corresponding Service:

The following Product Addendums apply to the corresponding Service:
Product Addendum. “Product Addendum” shall mean each product addendum attached to ANNEX 1, describing each Product to be Manufactured and supplied hereunder, and including further information as provided in Section 2.2.
Product Addendum. For each Product and/or Presentation of Product to be Produced by Baxter hereunder, the Parties shall agree in writing upon a Product Addendum. In no event shall Baxter be required to schedule or commence Production of the Presentation of the applicable Product until a Product Addendum for such Presentation of Product has been approved in writing by both Baxter and Dynavax.
Product Addendum. FOR HEPLISAVTM HEPATITIS B VACCINE This Product Addendum is an addendum to that certain Commercial Supply Agreement of November 22, 2013 by and between Xxxxxx Pharmaceutical Solutions LLC (“Baxter”), a Delaware limited liability company having a place of business at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Bloomington, Indiana 47403, and Dynavax Technologies Corporation (“Dynavax”), a Delaware corporation having a principal place of business at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 (the “Commercial Supply Agreement”). This Product Addendum may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall constitute the same instrument. Upon its execution, this Product Addendum shall become effective and shall be incorporated by reference into the previously executed Commercial Supply Agreement.
Product Addendum. Product Addendum means the written attachment to this Agreement which sets forth specific terms and conditions for the provision of Covered Services to Members enrolled in Products. To the extent that the requirements set forth in this Agreement conflict with the provisions in the Product Addendum, the terms of the Product Addendum shall control.
Product Addendum. Provider agrees to participate in the Plan’s Benefit Programs in accordance with the terms of the Provider Services Agreement and this Product Addendum. The Products available under this Product Addendum are listed below. Plan may amend this Product Addendum by adding new Products. Provider shall participate in additional Products offered by Plan. To the extent that the requirements set forth in this Addendum conflict with the provisions of the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall control.
Product Addendum. This document constitutes a Product Addendum under the Agreement, and this Product Addendum and the Services contemplated herein are subject to the terms and provisions of the Agreement. Except if expressly modified in this Product Addendum, the terms of the Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
