Product Addendum. This document constitutes a Product Addendum under the Agreement, and this Product Addendum and the Services contemplated herein are subject to the terms and provisions of the Agreement. Except if expressly modified in this Product Addendum, the terms of the Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
Product Addendum. Viasat will provide the Service(s) to you that you have selected to purchase. Viasat will provide you with a quote and/or an email communication confirming the Services you have selected (collectively “Customer Quote"). Depending on the Services you have selected to purchase, the following Product Addendum(s) will apply to you (individually, a “Product Addendum,” collectively, the “Product Addendums”). Each Product Addendum governs your use of that aspect of the Service in addition to this Agreement and the applicable Product Addendums are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. The following Product Addendums apply to the corresponding Service:
a) If you purchased Business Internet Service, the Business Internet Product Addendum applies;
b) If you purchased Business Voice Service, the Business Voice Product Addendum applies; and
Product Addendum. “Product Addendum” shall mean each product addendum attached to ANNEX 1, describing each Product to be Manufactured and supplied hereunder, and including further information as provided in Section 2.2.
Product Addendum. Viasat will provide the Service(s) to you that you have selected to purchase. a) If you purchased Business Internet Service, the Business Internet Product Addendum applies.
b) If you purchased Connect America Fund Phase II Auction (CAF-II) Internet Service, the CAF-II Product Addendum and the Business Internet Product Addendum apply.
c) If you purchased Business Voice Service, the Business Voice Product Addendum applies.
d) If you purchased CAF-II Voice or Voice-Only Service, the CAF-II Product Addendum and the Business Voice Product Addendum apply.
Product Addendum. The Product Addendum attached to the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Amended Product Addendum attached hereto and incorporated herein. [*]
Product Addendum. For each Product and/or Presentation of Product to be Produced by Baxter hereunder, the Parties shall agree in writing upon a Product Addendum. (the “Master Agreement”) is entered into as of July 7, 2009 (the “Product Addendum Effective Date”) by and between Pharmacia & Upjohn Company LLC, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware having an address of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (“Company”) and Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware having an address of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Purchaser”). The Parties agree that the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement are incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein. Each of Company and Purchaser agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement and makes the representations and warranties set forth in the Master Agreement expressed to be made by Company or Purchaser, as the case may be. All capitalized terms used in this Product Addendum and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Master Agreement. For clarity, the terms “Company” and “Purchaser” shall, with respect to this Product Addendum, have the meanings set forth in the preamble above. The Parties further agree as follows:
Product Addendum. LEXUS hereby grants DEALER the non-exclusive right to buy and resell the LEXUS Motor Vehicles as defined in the LEXUS Dealer Agreement and identified below:
Product Addendum. Product Addendum means the written attachment to this Agreement which sets forth specific terms and conditions for the provision of Covered Services to Members enrolled in Products. To the extent that the requirements set forth in this Agreement conflict with the provisions in the Product Addendum, the terms of the Product Addendum shall control.
