Medical and Dental Coverage. The County and Union agree that this Memorandum of Understanding shall be reopened at the County's request to meet and confer to discuss and mutually agree upon changes related to the Medical and Dental Plans, benefits, and contribution rates.
Medical and Dental Coverage. The Company agrees to provide --------------------------- coverage to Executive and dependent members of his family under the same medical and dental plans as may be maintained from time to time in the discretion of the Board for the other executive officers of the Company.

Medical and Dental Coverage. During the term of this MOU, the County and the Union shall investigate the feasibility of offering or eliminating alternative Medical and/or Dental Plan(s). The Union and the County agree to participate in good faith in meet and confer discussions concerning the County’s Medical Plans during the term of the MOU. Both parties agree that revisions in Medical Plans may be necessary to reduce costs to both employees and the County.
