Common use of Medical and Dental Coverage Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Coverage. Commencing November 9, 1998, the Executive will be entitled to participate in the Company's employee group medical and other group insurance programs on the same basis as other executives of the Company. Currently, only Executive's (excluding spouse and dependents are paid by the Company and Executive shall receive this method of coverage unless better company executive coverage is effected.
