Xxxxxxx Field definition

Xxxxxxx Field means the treatment or prevention of any disease in humans and any Co-Diagnostic applications associated with pharmaceutical products containing or comprised of allogeneic CAR-modified T-Cells generated from any source, including precursor cells such as iPSCs, but excluding (i) Autologous T-cells, (ii) NK cells and (iii) NK-like cells such as CIK cells. The Xxxxxxx Field specifically excludes all Licensed Products.

Xxxxxxx Field means the following areas: (1) all video production other than for sports or for advertising purposes, (2) local video insertions, including location based entertainment, for any purpose other than sports and advertising, (3) Private Networks other than for sports and advertising purposes, (4) medical and scientific applications, and (5) use by the Department of Defense or any U.S. Government agency. Sports and advertising use in these five areas, which are not in the Exclusive Field, shall be part of the Access Field and not the Xxxxxxx Field. Within the Xxxxxxx Field, "Xxxxxxx Field I" shall refer to areas 2, 3, 4, and 5 and "Xxxxxxx Field II" shall refer to area 1.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.
