Xxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxx Facility means the Amendment No. 3 to Note Agreement, Amendment No. 4 to Guaranty Agreement, Amendment No. 1 to Put Agreement (the "Omnibus Amendment") dated as of June 12, 2000, relating to the Adjustable Rate Senior Secured Notes due August 15, 2002 originally issued by Xxxxx, Inc. and guaranteed by Rite Aid. The "Xxxxx Facility " shall be deemed to include the Note Agreement dated as of September 30, 1996, among Xxxxx, Inc., and each of the Purchasers listed in Annex 1 thereto, as amended through the Closing Date.

Xxxxx Facility means the Loan Agreement, dated as of December 14, 2016, as amended by the First Amendment to Loan Agreement dated as of October 31, 2018 or as it may be subsequently be amended, renewed, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time, amongst the Parent, the Company, Spire Missouri Inc., a Missouri corporation, the banks from time to time party thereto and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent for the banks, or any successor thereto.

Xxxxx Facility means a new silica sand mine facility located on the Xxxxx Lease, including a new railroad thereon.

Examples of Xxxxx Facility in a sentence

• The Secretary will accept transfer of title to the Keno facility when the DRE notifies the Parties and FERC pursuant to Section 7.4.1 that X.X. Xxxxx Facility Removal is ready to commence.

• Beginning on the Effective Date and continuing through decommissioning of the X.X. • PacifiCorp shall continue to provide funding for this gage until the time of decommissioning of the X.X. Xxxxx Facility.

Xxxxx Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(f).
