Tanning facility means a place that provides access to tanning devices for compensation.

Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

• Tanning facility does not include a private residence with a tanning device if the tanning device is used only by an owner or occupant of the private residence.

Tanning facility means any location, place, area, structure or business that provides consumers access to tanning equipment.
