Work Plans and Specifications definition

Work Plans and Specifications means, for purposes of levying the Assessments, the descriptions of the Infrastructure in the First Report and the Plans and Specifications for the corresponding Acquisition Projects, which shall compose the Work.

  • All further time periods for Landlord's revisions and Tenant's comments to the Landlord's Work Plans and Specifications shall be fourteen (14) days apiece until said Landlord's Work Plans and Specifications are finalized.

  • Tenant shall approve such Landlord's Work Plans and Specifications unless the Landlord's Work, as reflected on such Landlord's Work Plans and Specifications, is not consistent with this Lease, the Site Plan, Exhibit 1 or Exhibit 2, or does not comply with Laws (collectively, "Tenant Plan Review Criteria").

  • Landlord shall respond to Tenant’s submission of Tenant’s Work Plans and Specifications within ten (10) business days of such submission.

  • In accordance with Article 3.2 of the CM/GC Contract, which authorizes the CM/GC to perform Construction Phase Services in advance of the execution of a GMP Amendment if an Early Work Amendment is executed, Owner and the CM/GC hereby agree that the CM/GC shall perform the Early Work generally described below and more specifically described in the Construction Documents for the Early Work that are listed in Exhibit A, including any Early Work Plans and Specifications.

  • If Tenant shall not have approved the initial submission of Landlord's Work Plans and Specifications made under this Article or if Tenant shall not have given Landlord written notice of what changes Tenant requires therein in order to cause the same to comply with the Tenant Plan Review Criteria by on or before the thirtieth (30th) day after such initial submission, then such initial submission shall be deemed approved provided that such notice contains the Deemed Approval Legend (as hereinafter defined).

  • I have just, therefore, made a slight variance of ten months in this case.

Related to Work Plans and Specifications

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Approved Plans means any new or revised plans that are required by this Permit that received approved from the MPCA.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.
