Wholesale Water Services definition

Wholesale Water Services means the services provided to the CAB by Dominion by way of its Wholesale Water Facilities.

Wholesale Water Services means the diversion of the Raw Water Supply from the Colorado River, the transmission of the Raw Water Supply to a place or places of treatment, the treatment of the water into potable form, and the transmission of the potable water to the Delivery Points.

Examples of Wholesale Water Services in a sentence

  • Customer may not assign or transfer in whole or in part its right to receive Wholesale Water Services without City's prior written approval.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Wholesale Water Services shall not be the exclusive source of potable water supply to Customer, and Customer may elect, in its sole discretion, to secure additional or alternative water supplies for the Wholesale Service Area at any time.

  • City agrees to provide Wholesale Water Services to Customer for the Wholesale Service Area in accordance with the flow limitations and other terms and conditions of this Agreement.
