Vocus Equipment definition

Vocus Equipment means any items or equipment owned or used by Vocus in the provision of a Service that is: • provided by Vocus to the Customer for use as part of or in connection with the Services; or • to which Vocus permits the Customer to access as part of, or in connection with, any Services. › Vocus Infrastructure means any items, equipment owned or used by Vocus including computer hardware and software and any telecommunication network, equipment, facilities or cabling owned, controlled or utilised by Vocus including, without limitation, Vocus Equipment. › VocusOne means the interface that enables the Customer to create quotes and access information about a Service. › Vocus Support Centre means the Vocus work group which provides support to Customers for the recording and management of Incidents and Service Requests. › Voice Services includes SIP Trunk, IP Tel, Call Recording, UC1, Audio and Video Conferencing, Wholesale Voice and SIP Access as defined in the Voice Service Schedule which is made available by Vocus to the Customer.
Vocus Equipment means the equipment (including physical interface) installed at the Service Delivery Point necessary to connect the Customer to the Service.

  • The Customer must keep the Vocus Equipment in good repair and condition, excluding fair wear and tear and shall not sell, assign or permit any charge, lien, mortgage or encumbrance to be created in relation to it.

  • The Customer is responsible for any damage to, or destruction or theft of the Vocus Equipment.

  • Any replacement shall be subject to the Agreement in the same way as if they comprised the original Vocus Equipment or Vocus SIP Service offered.

  • Upon termination of the Service for any reason the Customer must give Vocus, its agents or employees reasonable access to the Premises for the purpose of disconnecting, dismantling and removing the Service and Vocus Equipment, and the Customer shall render all reasonable assistance to Vocus to enable it to do so.

  • Vocus Equipment must be located such that the equipment manufacturer’s environmental conditions are met.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
