Verizon Content definition

Verizon Content means Content (as defined in Section 3.15) that is owned by Verizon or licensed to Verizon by third parties.
Verizon Content means Content (as defined in Section 3.15) that is owned by Verizon or licensed to Verizon by third parties. 3.49 “Verizon Trademarks” means the Trademarks of Verizon that are used in a Data Service or Software or by Verizon in connection with Verizon Services. 3.50 “Verizon Services” means all voice and data communications services provided by Verizon, including, but not limited to, the wireless airtime and landline usage incidental to providing such services. 3.51 “Verizon Network” means the combination of interconnected, integrated telecommunications equipment owned, operated, licensed or leased by Verizon or its Affiliates, into which a Data Service will be integrated at one or more specified points as mutually agreed, that interoperates concurrently and as a whole for the purpose of transmitting, switching and receiving signals, containing voice messages and data, by any means, including electromagnetic (i.e., through the air) means. 3.52 “Supplier Content” means Content (as defined in Section 3.15) that is owned by Supplier or licensed to Supplier by third parties. 3.53 “Wireless Device” means any communications device that enables Subscribers to access and use a Data Service or Software. 4. SCOPE/AUTHORIZATION LETTERS 4.1 This Agreement does not by itself order any Service or Software. Verizon shall order Service or Software by submitting an Authorization Letter, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 4.2

Examples of Verizon Content in a sentence

  • Supplier shall have no right to reproduce or sub-license, re-sell or otherwise distribute all or any portion of Verizon Content to any person in any form or any manner other than as necessary or appropriate in providing a Service or Software in accordance with the applicable Service Requirements.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, all Verizon Content, all Subscriber Data, all Usage Data, all Web Site style and design guides provided by Verizon, all Verizon Trademarks, and any alterations and/or modifications to the foregoing shall be and remain the proprietary information of Verizon, or, as the case may be, its Content Providers, its Subscribers or other third parties having rights therein.

  • Except as otherwise agreed in writing, Supplier shall not receive, transmit, alter, copy, access, store, or otherwise use Verizon Content except for purposes of performing its obligations under an applicable Authorization Letter.

  • Supplier shall protect all Verizon Content from unauthorized alteration, copying, access, storage, transmittal or use as required in this Agreement and as provided in the Service Requirements.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

"Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.
