Authorization Letters definition

Authorization Letters means reasonable and customary authorization letters to Financing Sources authorizing the distribution of information to prospective lenders, investors and financing sources and containing customary information and representations with respect to such information.
Authorization Letters has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(b).
Authorization Letters means reasonable and customary authorization letters furnished in connection with the Debt Financing that consists of syndicated bank financing, which letters authorize the distribution of information to prospective lenders or investors and contain customary representations, including that the public side versions of such documents do not include material nonpublic information about the Company and its Subsidiaries or their respective securities and the accuracy of the information contained in the disclosure and marketing materials related to the Debt Financing.

Authorization Letters means all letter agreements designated as “Authorization Letters” entered into between EDS and Coors under the Original Agreement that remain unexpired as of the Amendment Effective Date.
